Garrett Biondo

Garrett Biondo is a distinguished trial attorney. He concentrates his practice in personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, aviation and wrongful death litigation. Mr. Biondo graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a finance degree. He studied economics at Cambridge University in Cambridge, England, before attending the University of Miami School of Law on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.

Mr. Biondo is currently the President of the Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and a past member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division’s Board of Governors. He served on the Board of Directors of the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association for four years and is a current Board member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He was the recipient of the “2003 Honorable Marvin H. Gillman Small Claims Clinic” Award given by the Dade County Legal Aid Society. In 2006, he gained membership into the Southern Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Biondo is committed to civic, legal and community affairs. He is currently the Treasurer of Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. – a non-profit law firm which provides free legal services to the indigent population of Miami-Dade County. He is also a past member of the Citizens Board of the University of Miami. Moreover, Mr. Biondo has donated countless hours helping foster children in South Florida through the Children’s Home Society and CHARLEE programs.
